Every Item is hand wrapped and  is checked over to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. We currently do not offer gift wrapping, should you require gift wrapping  please email us and we will get back to you to discuss your prefrence and cost.

Delivery Times

We will process all orders within 1-3 working days.

Where there is a delay in the supply of goods, we will advise you as soon as practicable. If the goods cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted on your order form. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.

Custom Charges and Import Duties

Please note that you are responsible for any Custom charges or Import Duties which are payable when the parcel reaches its destination. Its advisable to contact your local Customs Office for current charges, as these costs will vary from Country to Country.

The value of goods ordered is inclusive of VAT, and we cannot refund any VAT charges.

Returns&ExchangePolicy                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

We are pretty confident you will be happy with your purchase, but should you want to return your item bought from us, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund excluding postage, providing they are returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition in their original packaging. Please notify us by email at sales@allaboutunderwear.com with your reason for return, the product code and description, prior to sending back the item. Items must be returned within 28 days of shipping (All destinations) and 14 days for all sale items (All Destinations).

UK Returns

  • Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the strip has been removed (swimming wear) or if the items are soiled (lingerie), and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Please note we are not liable for any packages lost in the post, and therefore suggest you return your item using a trackable method such as Royal Mail recorded delivery.
  • Make sure you get proof of postage, so that we can still complete your return if it gets lost on its way back to us. You should keep this proof until you've received your refund or replacement. Please keep copies of your shipping documentation so that you can make a claim with the carrier if your parcel gets lost.
  • We'll send you an email to let you know when your return has been received.

International Returns
